Steve has been a partner in Vision since its inception and now serves as President. With twenty-seven years in the plastic molding and mold-building industries, he lends a wealth of knowledge and experience. Steve sets the bar high for quality and service at Vision Technical Molding.

Timothy Rourke - Engineering Manager
With over fifteen years of experience in the high-volume, automated manufacture of medical device disposables, Tim understands the requirements of our customers and their devices.

Eric Hasel - Quality Manager
Eric joined the Vision team in may of 2005 as a Sr. Quality Engineer and was instrumental in the company's achievement of ISO9001-2000 registration. He has been Vision's Quality Assurance Manager since June of 2007. He is an ASQ-CQA, and a member of the Hartford Section ASQ.

Ed Bizier - Operations Manager
Ed has 16 years experience in the plastic molding industry. As Operations Manager, he ensures all details of our molding and value-added operations run smoothly. Ed has assembled a great Operations Team and is proud of their accomplishments everyday.

George Blais - Toolroom Manager
George has been working in the New England mold-building industry for over twenty years. George heads our team of toolmakers, ensures all of our tooling stays in top condition, and manages new tooling builds.
