Vision's highly experienced toolmakers are familiar with all styles of molds including high cavitation, multiple action, hot runner and 2-shot tools of very close tolerance. They are accustomed to molded part tolerances down to 0.001" and high levels of capability.

As an extension of our Quality System, our toolroom maintains detailed maintenance records on all molds in production. Mold maintenance work instructions are created where needed or required and made available as part of our controlled document system.

Individual preventative maintenance schedules are developed for each of our production tools to assure the highest level of productivity and cavity optimization. Also, a spare parts inventory is maintained for each tool to assure minimum downtime in the event of wear or failure.

Our toolroom also has the support of our sister company, Advance Mold, a precision toolmaker located on site with a reputation of being one of the finest toolmakers in the country.
